Thank you to everyone for their contribution at the TAMWEL ARTS Presents FUNdraiser for Rural Talent!
We had takings of $1,507 at the fundraiser, and minus expenses for bar/sound
staff, raffle game and flyers, our total profit was $1,248 which I'm quite
happy with. Tamwel Arts is
sponsoring the Port Pirie Festival for $1,500 so the fundraiser has helped
tremendously!! We were able to showcase 16 artists and our total attendance
(including volunteers) was about 130. I really REALLY appreciate everyone's
involvement! Stay Tuned for our next event in November!!
We are so greatful for the support, encouragement and assistance
of many people in the music industry for helping
this event come to
fruition. We would personally like to thank Peter and Tim from Derringers Music for their amazing
support
of emerging talent, making time and giving resources to help our dreams
become reality.
